Institutional Retirement Plans
Our goal is to make you look good.
Institutional retirement plans can be nuanced and complicated.
Attracting and retaining talent without a retirement plan is near impossible.
Administering an effective and compliant retirement plans can quickly drain your two most important commodities, time and money.
As the sponsor of a corporate retirement plan, you could unknowingly place legal liability upon yourself or your company. If you are like most companies, you probably never intended to take on that additional legal fiduciary role.
Divergent Wealth can alleviate those pain points by acting as your company's CRO (Chief Retirement Officer), so you can focus your time and money on what made you successful in the first place.
We engage with companies in several capacities, from a stand-alone retirement consultant to acting as a 3(21) or 3(38) Fiduciary with investment oversight.
What sets us apart: We transparently and routinely benchmark the hard and soft-dollar costs in your plan, including expenses from fund managers, TPAs, record-keepers, advisers, etc. to make sure you are getting the fairest pricing and the best service offering available.

Establish Fiduciary Audit File
We work with you to help ensure your firm meets all its fiduciary responsibilities and is compliant now and in the future. The fiduciary audit file consists of an Investment Policy Statement, 404© compliance folder, vendor contracts, procedures and minutes, and government reporting.
Conduct Enrollment and Educational Meetings
Our team conducts enrollment and education meetings directly with you and your employees. These meetings help increase plan participation and maximize the value of the plan benefits for both trustee and plan participants.
Report, Monitor, and Educate
We conduct yearly review meetings with your plan trustee(s) as well as plan participants. At these meetings, we educate all parties about new laws, investment options, and market conditions. These annual reviews allow us to continue to improve the plan and reconfirm that it is the best solution for your firm.
